Basic Facts Reflection

 This term I have achieved my maths bricks goal of moving from brick 19 to brick 22. The reason I have achieved this is because I followed the plan that I set for myself.

Next term I hope to move from brick 22 to 24 by following the same plan.

Quoting And Referencing.

 As you will know if you have read my recent post we have been learning about persuasive text, well quoting and referencing also has something to do with persuasive text. Beneath it shows the difference between quoting and referencing...

🙌Persuasive Writing: Model Text Ingredients.🙌

 Throughout this term, we have been learning a lot about how to write a persuasive explanation. And in order to be persuasive, you need to be interesting and that is why we have also been building up our knowledge of figurative language. I myself am not quite able to say that, 'I can identify the new sentence types we have been learning with ease.' confidently just yet but that is why I practice.

Mixed Operations

 Once again some more work from in lockdown, but this time it's mixed operations. Yay, oh how I just love maths. We have been focusing on this topic for awhile now but I am glad that we are because I am still not to sure about it and the strategy, so I am not too confident with my answers. 

- Earnings, Savings, Interest. -

 Throughout the time of lockdown, I have been learning further information on earnings, savings, and especially interest.  if you look just below this introduction you will spot a slide about banking. if not it's either your blind, your Wi-fi is lagging or I just didn't do it properly.
